All sales are Final. Due to the one of kind handmade nature of these items, I do not offer exchanges or returns of any kind. 

All items are shipped USPS Priority Insured*. I package each and every item myself insuring they are in one piece and protected for their journey. Unfortunately things can happen that are out of my control once they leave my hands. If your item(s) arrive damaged a claim needs to be filed with the Postal Service by YOU. It is * your * responsibility to submit a claim through USPS.
